General Terms and Conditions
- Recruitment Policy: All appointments will follow the General Instructions/Recruitment Policy of the Establishment Division (O.M. No.53/1/2008-SP, dated 22.10.2014 and 03.03.2015), and any amendments thereto.
- Age Relaxation: A general age relaxation of 5 years applies to all candidates under the General Age Relaxation Government Rules, 1993. Additional age relaxation may apply as per Federal Government Rules.
- NOC Requirement: Candidates already serving in government organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
- No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for attending tests or interviews.
- Verification of Information: All information provided in the application will be verified. In case of any false or forged information, the candidate’s application will be canceled, and legal action may be initiated.
- Eligibility: Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria will have their candidature canceled at any stage of the recruitment process.
- Changes in Recruitment: The department reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process, as well as increase or decrease the number of posts, at any stage without providing reasons.

- Application Fee: Test fees for written and skill tests can be paid via 1Link 1Bill participating banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express Counters. The fee challan can be downloaded from the NTS website.
- Application Form: Only online application forms will be accepted. Incomplete or improperly filled applications will not be entertained. Handwritten or manually submitted applications will also not be considered.
- Separate Applications: For multiple posts, separate online application forms and fees must be submitted for each post.
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, and they will be required to bring original documents at the time of the interview.
