2. Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum requirement is a Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university or institute.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Public Administration, or other related fields.
- Additional HR-related professional certifications, such as SHRM or CHRP, are advantageous.
3. Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of work experience is required, with at least two years in Human Resources.
- Candidates with relevant experience in the financial sector will be given preference.
4. Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency across all HR functions in dynamic environments.
- Ability to plan, develop, and execute HR projects effectively.
- Relationship management and communication skills are crucial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner will engage in a variety of HR services to support different functions within the bank. Their main responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with business groups to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational policies.
- Building partnerships between management and employees to close communication gaps.
- We are aligning HR initiatives with overall organizational objectives and managing special nationwide projects.
- I am contributing to workforce and succession planning and restructuring within business units.
- Maintaining awareness of business unit culture, financial positions, and competition.
- Recommending policy improvements and ensuring compliance with organizational procedures.
- Monitoring and reengineering HR processes to optimize efficiency.
